Arse Terms & Conditions

 

Interpretation:

In these conditions:

• "Customer" means the name under "Name" on the order form.
• "Seller means "ARSE Clothing ".
• "Goods" means the products specified under products list
• "Order" means the order of goods constituted by this document.

Alterations:

No changes to this order shall be made without written agreement of customer.

 

Price:

This order is placed on a firm price basis in accordance with the price(s) listed under products list. Delivery is not included in this price.

 

Tax Invoice:

A Tax Invoice will be issued with delivery of goods. GST is payable on all goods sold.

 

Warranties:

The goods shall be fit for the purpose for which goods of the same kind are commonly supplied, be of merchantable quality and free from defect in material and workmanship. In addition, goods shall carry applicable manufacturer's warranty.

 

Inspection & Return:

All goods received shall be received subject to inspection within 7 days of delivery. Customer should promptly notify the seller of any defects appearing. Used goods cannot be returned.

 

Responsibility:

The goods are at the seller's risk until delivered to the delivery destination stated in this order. The customer is then responsible for goods after delivery has been made.
